Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
  • The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective upon arrival:

  • Digital products, downloadable codes, or gift cards
  • Opened software or game activation codes
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (if eligible)

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

For security purposes, Vyntrixell reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for suspicious activity, abuse of our policies, or unauthorized transactions.
